D1 – arrive. Picked up from train station or airport. Transportation to Wudangshan Town below the Mountain. Stay one night in the town. Or go up the mountains right away. Check into your room. Get general information and essencial knowledge ofWudang Taoism.
D2 - Learning Wudang Tai Ji Quan. Visit the Prince Slope (or Fu Zhen Temple).. Eat with the Taoist monks. Learn 5 animals Daoyin Qi Gong ( tiger)
D3 - LearningWudang Tai Ji Quan. Visit the Needle Grinding Well (or Chun yang Gong).. Eat with the Taoist monks. Learn 5 animals Daoyin Qi Gong ( deer)
D4 - LearningWudang Tai Ji Quan. Visit the South Cliff Palace.. Eat in the local Mountain flavored restaurant. Learn 5 animals Daoyin Qi Gong ( bear)
D5 - LearningWudang Tai Ji Quan. Visit the Supreme Harmony Palace and Golden Temple on the Heavenly Pillar Peak.. Eat in the local Mountain flavored restaurant. Learn 5 animals Daoyin Qi Gong ( monkey)
D6 - LearningWudang Tai Ji Quan. Visit the Prince Cave were you expect to talk with the Taoist monk Jia. Eat in his cave. Learn 5 animals Daoyin Qi Gong ( crane). Watch a Wudang Kung Fu and Taoist art Show in Wudang Grand Theatre.
D7 – Shopping for local products. Visit the Wudang Museum. A farewell Lunch
